1.Structure composition of OA network floor
(1). Floor composition: OA network raised floor (intelligent floor) is made of high-quality alloy cold-rolled steel plate, which is formed by spot welding after stretching. The surface is phosphated and then treated by electrostatic spraying. The inner cavity is filled with foam0ed cement filler, and the four corners are provided with lock holes.

(2). System assembly: the system is composed of floor, pedestal, shockproof pad and screw. During installation, the floor is placed on the pedestal with anti vibration pad. The screws pass through the corner lock holes around the floor and are directly connected to the support. The pedestal is of galvanized and cast aluminum alloy structure, with adjustable height and self-locking.

2. Maintenance of network raised floor
(1). During the whole transportation process, strong impact and extrusion should be prevented to avoid damage to the network floor.

(2). Prevent the obviously corrosive liquid or vapor from contacting the floor and causing damage to the network floor downwards.

(3). In the whole process of network floor application, it is not necessary to place the suspended objects beyond the working capacity of the floor on the network floor immediately.

(4). Try to reduce the obvious long-term direct sunlight on the network floor, which will  endanger the service life of the network floor.

(5). During the whole process of cleaning and maintenance of network floor, try to use volatile detergent to clean the floor, and do not use hard objects such as iron brush to clean the raised floor.
