Calcium sulphate anti-static raised floor can be installed in two ways: flat and elevated laying. They have high technical requirements for installers. Once improper operation occurs during the construction process, it is easy to produce some quality problems.

According to the previous experience of installing calcium sulphate anti-static raised floor, this paper summarizes several common construction problems and analyzes the causes of the problems, so as to further improve the installation technology and improve the installation quality of the floor.
The first problem is hollowing and shedding. This problem is more likely to occur when the access floor is installed in a flat laying manner. And there are four main reasons for this problem: First of all, the raised floor foundation and the ground are not properly cleaned, resulting in weak adhesion between mortar and the ground, so the floor is off the ground; Secondly, the quality of mortar materials used by construction personnel is too poor, resulting in weak adhesion after drying; Thirdly, during the installation and construction process, the anti-static raised floor base is hollow due to external force; Fourthly, the access floor has not been soaked before installation, or the soaking time is short, resulting in poor adhesion between it and the mortar.
The second problem is uneven seams or uneven seams width. There are two main reasons for the uneven seams of calcium sulphate anti-static raised floor: Firstly, the gird marking process is not good, resulting in the non-standard grid; Secondly, the construction personnel are not skilled, resulting in improper operation when installing the floor.
The third problem is that the appearance of calcium sulphate anti-static raised floor does not meet the installation requirements, and the specific performance is different in color, edge warping, abrasion, corner dropping, cracking and skirting. The main reason for the different colors is the poor quality of the anti-static false floor, which leads to obvious color differences between the floor. There are two reasons for other appearance problems: Firstly, the calcium sulphate anti-static raised floor material is brittle, with weak compressive, bending and tensile properties, causing damage due to stress during installation; Secondly, improper installation and operation can cause the floor to be abraded by abnormal stress.
